Standard Delivery Service
Standard delivery to the UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) is charged at a flat rate of £6.11 per order up to the weight limit of 30kg. There will then be an additional charge for each 30kg and over that will be added automatically by the system.
How long will my order take to arrive?
All items you order from Hydro 1 stop are delivered within five working days, subject to the item ordered being in stock. We would like to ensure that all orders are delivered within forty-eight hours as ninety percent of our orders are in stock. If you are in desperate need for your order then contact us and we will do our best to help you and advise on delivery (in person).
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery comes?
The couriers we use will put a card through your door if you are not in when they try to deliver to you. The delivery company will try to deliver again the next day.
Saturday Delivery Service
For an extra £25.00 we can sometimes arrange, through our delivery company, for you to have a Saturday morning delivery subject to our agreement. This is a great help to people who are only available at weekends to receive delivery.
My order is incorrect. What should I do?
In this unlikely circumstance please contact us or email us.
My products were damaged in transit. What should I do?
All hydro1stops packages are carefully hand wrapped. If you find that you have received damaged goods then please contact hydro1stop the day you receive the delivery. Call us or email us via info@hydro1stop.co.uk and we will try to help you.
I did not receive any instructions with my products. What should I do?
If you have not received the instructions for your items then please call or email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will arrange to either post you instructions or a member of our team will be happy answer any questions that you have on the telephone.
If am not happy with my purchase from hydro1stop. What can I do?
hydro1stop want all their clients to be happy with our products and service supplied. If you buy something from hydro1stop and you are not entirely happy you could always ask to have your money refunded subject to the said items being unused/unopened and in the same new condition as we supplied the product to you. We will also request that you must have your receipt with you when you return the item to us in person. A maximum thirty-day limit applies to this guarantee.
